Will house valuation during remortgage have any effects when I sell in a couple of years?

Options
I am in the process of remortgaging my place. The valuation was done recently and I have just received the mortgage offer for the amount I was looking for. The only concern I have is that the property value in the offer is a considerably less than what I thought it should be (based on my research and valuation by two different estate agents). I have good equity so like I said I have still got the offer I was looking for with the same LTV band etc. The only concern I have is the house value. Is there any point challenging it?

In a couple of years time, when I come to sell this property, will this valuation figure have any effects?
(I personally think that it should not and that the market conditions at the time will decide. But I don't know much about these things ...)

    Nope. It won't.

    It isn't recorded anywhere public.
