    Thank you for the replies, very helpful. I think I'm getting the basics. So if its easy how do you decide which funds to choose and which company to go to make the investment.I am aware that errors can be costly as I have found with the current sipp.
    The current sipp has annual admin and withdrawl charges of £682 then the ongoing charges on top. The fa charges are 1% of the fund. So after reading posts here it does seem that we can make savings, but need the know. how.
