Hi
Could anyone please tell me how I can find out loan details that I have had in the past, I know the companies I had a loan with but I need to know other details. Do the companies have to let me know my details if I request them or is this something I will have to try and track down.

Hi,
If the accounts are still open and a balance remains payable, then send a CCA request under sec 77/79 consumer credit act 1978.
If the accounts are closed and no balance is due, send a SAR (subject access request) to the lender.
