Best place for shared ownership mortgages

Having difficulty on obtaining a shared ownership mortgage.
I am on a low income (£17,000 PA)
Where is the best place to go to get a decent mortgage amount? around £75,000

    We do not really do shared ownership so I am not the best person to answer this question, but I would suspect if the rent is more than maybe £100-150 a month on the share you are not buying, you have very little chance of getting a mortgage for that amount.

    How much will the rent be?
    Will there be any service charge? If so how much?

    Have you passed the affordability for the property with the housing association?
