Having difficulty on obtaining a shared ownership mortgage.
I am on a low income (£17,000 PA)
Where is the best place to go to get a decent mortgage amount? around £75,000

We do not really do shared ownership so I am not the best person to answer this question, but I would suspect if the rent is more than maybe £100-150 a month on the share you are not buying, you have very little chance of getting a mortgage for that amount.
How much will the rent be?
