How much of the capital is paid in the 1st couple of years of a mortgage?

Hi,
I was just wondering if an adverse mortgage was charged at a 5% APR on a 200k Mortgage; what percentage of capital would be paid off in the first year, based on the fact I would have paid £14,028?
