Middle name missing from mortgage application

After a very long, drawn out process, we have finally received a provisional mortgage offer, subject to valuation on the property.
I have just checked the paperwork and noticed that my second middle name (I have two) has not been included. Quite odd, as the adviser specifically asked me this question during our last conversation. This was also a duplicate application after our first purchase fell through, so she just rekeyed it. My name was definitely correct on the initial application.
I'm a bit frustrated, as there have been several mistakes made by the adviser that I've had to ask to be changed. This was absolutely fine when it first came through, but seems to have been amended or removed prior to the application being submitted.
As it's a middle name (as per my passport), do I need to let the mortgage adviser know? The actual offer hasn't been posted out yet, as we're waiting for the valuation. I'm a bit worried this is going to cause even more of a delay. The mortgage is with Barclays and so far the process has been incredibly slow and cumbersome.

Some lenders you can only put one middle name on the application unless they are two names-linked. Nationwide springs to mindI am a Mortgage Adviser

Our last offer was from Barclays as well, and both names appeared on there. It was clearly an error during the input stage.0 -
Can anybody in the business advise whether this is likely to be a quick admin thing, or if it's likely to need running through again?
The offer has not yet been made as we're waiting for a valuation - however, the underwriters have confirmed that they will lend subject to this coming back okay.0 -
It’s an admin thing. Technically can affect score but almost certain not to in this case. Tell the Broker who will sort it.I am a Mortgage Broker

Thank you! This has been going on for so long now, I just needed a bit of reassurance to stop me going into a blind panic. We didn't use a broker, went to Barclays directly, so I've emailed our adviser and made her aware.
Fingers crossed it's just a minor amendment.0
