Hello
Two friends want to buy a house together but one does not need a mortgage and will supply all of the deposit required.
What are the options for the mortgage application?
The friend supplying the deposit does not want to be named on the mortgage if possible.....

They better come to an agreement beforehand on how the proceeds are to be split once the house is sold.0
