Leaving work dilemma

You could go in and work to rule.
No heavy lifting, contracted hours etc.
Anyone gives you hassle "I am leaving because of you".
Have you been getting the right holiday pay for 70hr weeks?
Are you due any holiday pay?0 -
I'm ot sure what the right holiday pay for 70hours would be. I've had a 28 days holiday contract with 1 week remaining.
I've settled on this:
I'm go to work next week but only for those 5 days, so that my manager can go on his holidays. We all worked crazy hard and he especially never did anything wrong to me, so I find it unfair that he would suffer from the consequences of my actions. I am ready to move on but I just don't want to look back and regret doing this to him.0 -
If you regularly work 70hrs a week you are due the same pay for a week off.0

Let's see what they will pay me. I have never ever been in such a situation in my life.
Turns out they arranged cover by themselves and I am no longer needed / welcome which I'm actually super happy about. Freedom !0 -
If you are willing and able to work they should pay you your full notice.
If you said you were not coming back Friday when you walked out they can say you mutually agreed to terminate so no more pay.
Still need to pay accrued unused holiday.
What is the holiday year?0 -
