Got one also, drinking from it as i type.

Packaging was poor, collected from post office, but as i picked it up, bottom came open, but managed to catch it in time

i tired for this a while ago and got the message all mugs gone but tried again yesterday and while again it said gone, after filling in details and trying the truffle, it came up with the fact I hadn't won but a mug would be on the way.
I have now got the e-mail saying will be sent soon. Will have to wait and see.
