Biodegradable dental tape anywhere?

I've seen biodegradable bamboo floss but not tape.
Floss gets shredded and stuck between my teeth.
(I suppose at least it would biodegrade somewhere along the line, rather than bits of plastic fibres floating through my digestive system and eventually into the water system.)

I used to have that problem, with floss shredding and fibres getting stuck between my teeth. Then I changed to using Oral-B Pro-Expert Premium Floss:

It has never shredded and it glides between my teeth and up into my gums. Don't pay the Boots price though. For example, a pack of 6 is £11.90 at Amazon.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the 'I wanna' and 'In my home' and Health & Beauty'' boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Oral B also make a floss which once combined with water, fluffs up. When squeezed it folds down to nothing so doesn't tend to get caught in teeth in the same way, but as it foams up it traps pretty much most things. It's not the cheapest but not unaffordable either, I think Superdrug or Boots make an imitation but I don't think it's as strong as the Oral B version IMO.

Also, check out interdental brushes which I've yet to find better in terms of getting rid of all debris. Not the cheapest again but if you are prepared to buy in bulk and are not using them 10 times a day they aren't beyond a joke. Boots sell DenTek which I'd say is the cheapest if you buy the super packs. They come in different sizes, start off with the smallest if you are used to tape and struggle with floss.

I found that floss kept shredding and getting stuck, had to get nail scissors and cut it. By chance i read on here someone recommending a Oral B Premium tape, it was on offer at Asda at the time, I bought some and thought it was good, so went back and bought a few of them. Just run out if it, the only place I could find selling it was Boots and it was over £5. I ended up buying Adsda own brand dental tape for £1, thought I'd try it. Been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's been fine, not shredded once. Its not as wide as the Oral B one but it works just the same.0

Oral B and other over the counter floss and tape isn't biodegradable which is what I am looking for.
Biodegradable tape, not floss, that seems easily available online.
