Solar Panels miss selling

Does anyone know about this possible claim?
I have been contacted by a firm regarding claiming back any finance taken out to buy Solar Panels if the seller indicated you would receive more back than you actually did.
No Win No fee terms
This is the first time I have heard about this.

It's probably a new claims firm tactic chancing their arm, if you feel you have a valid complaint about the solar panels then complain to the firm directly
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Avoid all cold callers.
If you have a valid complaint about solar panels underperforming then simply submit it yourself.
I wouldn't expect any huge refund, however, unless you can somehow show that you were misled into believing the return on your investment was guaranteed to be more than it actually was.0 -
I have recently had a similar call with a follow up from solicitors, with professional paperwork. My finance was with a well known high street bank and the FIT payments do not cover the monthly payments nor will it have paid for itself at the end of the term as I was led to believe, but the firm who installed the panels no longer exists. Any suggestions?0
