Natwest ReMortgage Application

We have recently applied for a remortgage with Natwest via a broker. We have adverse credit about 2 years ago which we have declared and explained circumstances which was due to being in Maternity leave and it took us approx 2 years to get back on track. During this time we had arranged payments but also made payments and no defaults.
Hard credit search done prior to full application and Decision in Principle given. Full application submitted with all the requested information. Valuation done and we have had mortgage deed to sign from Solicitors along with requested redemption figures from current mortgage and secured loan.
Had email today from broker asking for a copy of both our credit reports at the request of Natwest as they want to discuss further the adverse credit.
Anyone else been in similar circumstances and still gone through to offer.
Thanks in Advance

Yes. Otherwise they would reject at an earlier stage if no one got accepted.
But whether you'll be accepted depends on your unique circumstances.0 -
When payments are not made in accordance with contractual terms that's a default. Might not not be logged on credit history as such. However still a reflection of the applicants status as potential borrowers, i.e. what's the likelihood of a reoccurence.0

Thank you. Prior to our application with the broker we did disclose all the information. It has been 2 1/2 years since the last arranged payment. I don’t know if it will make any difference but the arranged payment was actually an increase in the monthly payments for a year to cover one reduced payment whilst on maternity leave. 0
