Seems that those dirty old black cabs belching out all manor of toxic fumes have been exempted from the London ULEZ by the cabbies best mate Sadiq “war on Uber” Khan. Says it all really.

Presumably my opinion is valid as I live in WC1. I think it's right that black cabs are given priority over other taxis. They are far better, spend years doing the knowledge and therefore know London well and don't rip you off like some private cabs do.
