Well mine said bank payment 18th, nothing in the account today, so gave them a ring and they said need to call back on Friday if nothing in the bank that's the most they could say so that was a waste of time

I had the last time I did sa.... For days they told me not to worry... In the end I said can you confirm bank details... Turned out they had put the bank details in incorrect and paid it into someone else's account.... Even though I entered correct details... Took alot of complaining to get it sorted :mad:

Did sa on 8th requested repayment on the 10th it’s still saying bank repayment pending is anyone else’s still saying this

Yeah there's a fair few of us.. I did mine on the 9th requested payment on the 12th... So hoping it changes this week

I’m hoping it changes tomorrow I’ve checked the date system was last updated it says 22nd at side of name

I've been hoping it will update since last Wednesday lol.... We can only hope... My washing machine broke down... Ive got everything crossed

It’s usually in in 10 days it’s a nightmare waiting fingers crossed it does
Change soon is it only working days that count was thinking Cos of Easter n bank holidays might be abit delayed
