Do I need to include Paypal in regards to the DRO application?
If yes, how do I do that as there is no account or reference number?

if you have outstanding credit with them, then yes, this needs to be included.
i believe, and happy to be corrected, your paypal account number is your email address? I cant be too sure, as dont has paypal credit, just normal paypal, and that is identified under email address0
