I have totalled up all my debts and they are way over £20k... Scary stuff!
I have started the process of full and final settlements for some of the smaller debts:
-Tesco credit card. Outstanding with default £200. I am paying £10 per month and have offered a F&F of £100. This has been passed onto Fredrickson who said they would discuss with Tesco and get back to me, that was almost 2 weeks ago now.
-Barclay credit card. £1410 outstanding and account defaulted. Again this has been passed to debt collector - Robinson Way. I have written to them today to offer a F&F of £500. A bit cheeky I know but it is the most I can scrape together at this point without saving for a few months.
I have read so many mixed things about full and final offers that I am unsure what to expect in response..
All my other debts are in similar repayment agreements, so I plan to focus on tackling a few at a time and let the others drift on..

-Robinson Way got back to me today to counter offer £1057... This is a reduction of £323. They also offered that I could pay over 6 months. I have gone back suggesting £900 (6 payments of £150). Not sure if the first offer was actually quite a good one. I could just about manage that over the 6 months, so will await their reply...0
