    Just an update.

    Just got an email from our mortgage advisor to say:
    'I’m pleased to confirm that Precise have agreed your mortgage application in principle, this is subject to a satisfactory valuation report, processing and verification. '

    This sounds like good news right?

    Can I ask did your application get accepted in the end? This exact thing has happened to me and my partner and nothing was mentioned before we got our mortgage in principle or after. It didn’t get mentioned until we paid all our fees and done our application. Thank you x
