Unenforceable Loan ?
Just had a letter from debt collection about a QuidMarket loan that frankly I'd forgotten about - had multiple Payday Loans at that time and was taking out new ones to pay old ones.
After asking Quid Market they've sent me the loan details showing that I borrowed £200 on 12/04/2012 with the loan being due to be paid on 27/04/2012 - it also shows I made no payments on the loan.
Being 7 years ago with zero previous contact from them, is this enforceable ?

No, if it's not been acknowledged in that time.0

Is there anything further that I need to do or just ignore any further contact ?0
-
Send them a 'statute barred' letter.0

Continue to ignore.
Does this appear on your credit file?
The losing side in the landmark case PRA v Doyle 2019 made the point that cases like this could become potentially enforceable if the lender issued a late default.
Do you have a default date showing on any of the credit reports?0
