Yes if i wasnt paying rent it would be fine, but as i live elsewhere now and dont have any options for people i could stay with, there isnt any way I cant pay the additional rent.
Right, the suggestion was that you moved back into the house, but if you've moved away from the area then that isn't practical. I personally wouldn't have moved out until the house was sold.
If he wants out then your choices will either be sell at a loss or rent it out.0
