Please ignore the posters above. Secured loans (now known as 2nd Charge Mortgages) come with a range of options from variable to fixed.
All 2nd mortgage lenders will want to pay off the unsecured debts themselves.
Optimum Credit are very reputable, FCA regulated and give brilliant service albeit they may not be the cheapest around.
