I have defrosted a huge pack of mince (1kg) expecting more people at home.
I am going to make a big pot of bolognese, but there is only two of us and we are going away on Wednesday.
Is it safe to freeze any leftovers, even though the mince was bought fresh, frozen then defrosted?
