Generic terms

Only one entry per person per day
The competition is not open to employees of Willerby Ltd (and their immediate families)
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
The Easter giveaway promotion will begin on Monday 1st April at 00:00 and end at 23:59 on Sunday 21st April
Each competition will start at 00:00 on the corresponding date e.g. door one will run from 00:00 to 23:59 on 1st April.
No further entries to the competition will be permitted after each competition closes
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
There will be one winner selected from the entries submitted each day
The competition prize is as stated and no part of it can be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Promoter, the competition prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner
The promoter, its agents and/or affiliates reserve the right to substitute the competition prize for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond their control, without prior notification
