I am currently with Halifax on a 7 year fixed term (Ends Feb 2020) I can switch by Dec 2019. 3 months early with no fees.
@ 5.89% (Paying £930pm)

My online account shows 2 deals @ 2.69% for 2 years ER fee 1.4%
Paying £577 Monthly
or 2.89% for 5 years ER 2.5%
Paying £612 Pm

Will I be better off switching now or wait till Dec?
