Dear Sir / Madam,
I am the student at Faculty of Management, University of Lodz.
Below, you can find link to the survey on the customer satisfaction of retail banks. Could you please take part in the research by filling out the online questionnaire. The main purpose is to collect the data for my master's thesis, that I am currently working on. The questionnaire is anonymous and it takes you around 5 minutes to answer all questions.
