Hi,
It is easier to find a new home before you go bankrupt than after. It is also more important to deal with your housing need first, the debt can be mopped up later.
Having a guarantor helps a lot.

it will depend on the agency and the landlord and what they consider will be lesser of a risk.
We managed to rent without guarantors with 2 years left on our IVA. but we had good references for letting as well has having been in IVA for 3-4 years already helped.
do not do any applications or pay any fees BEFORE letting them know you have bankruptcy, and what chances are with what you have suggested.0 -

rent somewere around 800ishbwhy credits still good n make sure says in agreement theres no breach agreement if declare self insolvent
then put house up for sale infrom morgage company nn stop paying amd stop all by debt payments and then file for bankcrupcy
