email them back or contact them directly or your broker if you used one

The email is simply a notification.

The offer is posted, not attached.

I recently got a mortgage with santander. The offer is posted we got it about three days later after being notified of the offer being issued. However your solicitor will get a copy the day it was issued by fax.

Hi, I only showed one months payslip but my partner had to show bank statements and proof of deposit. I did read they can ask for proof of deposit, and bank statements for the last three months and possibly contact employer etc.
  • My partner and I only had to show Feb payslip, no other details were requested. 85% LTV if that helps.
