hi just want to know after doing the budget calcalator with pay plan leaving me 270 disponsable income if i went with the bankcrupcy route do i stil make payments with this 270 like in a iva or does bankcrupcy just get wipped off thank u guys

Sounds to be asking a lot, if you are going from the position of moving home whilst bankrupt. If you were already renting, the OR may accept the higher rent rather than demand you move. If you are currently in your mortgaged home, I would think the OR would expect you to move to a property around average rents for the size you need.
