thaks everyone .
I have decided to wait a few weeks just to make sure nothing unexpected happens . there seems to be a trend in our house that just as we are considering a major purchase ( and i thnk 2 ds's counts as major) something breaks down .
I'll let you know how it goes .I am journeying to a debt-free life.
Our estimated debt-free date is January 2040. I'm on a mission to bring that date closer!

At least buying a DS is a long term purchase. Providing they both continue to enjoy playing it, there won't be anything better out to replace it for around 5 years. (I work for a games store!). Games for it are getting cheaper and there's more around second hand, and with a lot of the games for it, they can play together wirelessly using only one game between them.Softstuff- Officially better than 0070
