Mis sold pension redress

In my teens I was advised to leave my employer pension for a private pension. Now in my 50's, the private pension company has admitted it mis sold me the pension and has offered me 6 figure tax free redress in full settlement. The numbers make PPI look like chicken feed! I don't know who to talk to about this. They themselves have advised me to seek independent advice but who should I speak to? Can anyone assist/advise?
