How are obtaining the house gift?
If it is you have gift with reservation issues and not all mortgage lenders will be happy with the setup.0 -

That step could hinder getting a mortgage along with it potentially being a gift and the donor still living in the place.
No idea if you took advise on the potential impact of putting her house into your names, like potentially making your mother homeless and what steps need to be taken to avoid that0 -
