If for some reason, there is an unauthorised transaction, and you ask your credit card company for a refund, they atomatically cancel your account, preventing your from accesing all the content like games you had paid for in the past. It is outrageous but it's the way they deal with it. So it's better to ask them for a refund or even let it go before going to your credit card, or you may lose much more0
