Obviously I knew this at the time I took my mortgage out, but my mortgage lender has offered to review the information that they gave me (so I'm acting clueless) and I was just wondering whether some compo could be coming my way?!

Perhaps in cases like this it should be determined that indeed there was clearly a mistake since the claimant is obviously not competent to manage their finances and they should be placed in a care facility with a guardian to manage their money for them ?0
