Lets assume they leave during that qualifying time, theyll be charged. So same boat as you.
It’s different because the OP will definitely foot the bill.
In the other scenario stayers don’t pay the bill at all, leavers might have to pay a % but they would obviously factor that in i.e. only leave if they are getting a higher pay to mitigate this bill.0
