...when should I start to worry and create a plan B?

Our wedding is a month away and our photographer is not returning emails or voice mails which has got me worried.

We had met the photographer at previous family events and the photos they produced were really good quality. We met them and paid a deposit then after that they were difficult to get hold of, taking a week or two to respond to emails.

I've sent emails and left voice mails over the last few weeks that haven't been replied to but I can see they are still updating their website with recent events they've done.

Should I start looking at other people? I'm assuming to cancel I'd need to write formally to them, would I be able to get my deposit back?

Have you driven past their address? See if it looks inhabited? Seen if there are lights on/signs of vehicles coming and going?
