  • Quidco just gets you x% cashback on money you *spend* - so try and make purchases that you would've made anyway via quidco, no way going to save you anywhere near £400 a month though. Get a 2nd job, I work in a restaurant three evenings and a weekend day and get £400~£600 a month extra, plus an easy £200 in tips (tips go up this time of year too :) )
Been DFW for a year now, making good inroads into my debt and feeling a lot happier nowadays knowing exactly what's what, a 2nd job really helps you crush debt.

I agree - there are loads of ways to make extra bits and pieces of money online, but nothing that will come anywhere near £400. Quidco is fab, if you do a search there are loads of threads about it, but I've been using it for about 4 months, and I've earned about £200, most of which wont be payable for a couple of months anyway.

AQA is something you can possibly do online - not sure if you could earn £400 a month doing it, because I've never tried, but it's a proper job - you have to apply formally, and register as self employed if they take you on.

If you want to post your SOA (see the sticky thread for newbies at the top of the debt free wannabe forum), we can have a look and see if we can see any possibly savings for you?

    Hi hopeless

Ive noticed your posts all seem to go along the lines of these quick questions, but we never seem to get any real information.

People are more than happy to help you go through your SOA and see if we can help your need, in this case for 400 extra pounds, to decrease.
  • Hi! I do Virgin Vie (as a consultant) in the evenings to make extra cash. It does involve an initial outlay (85pounds) but I made this back in my first party. I regulary do 6 parties a month and make between 200-300pounds (gross). Its not bad if you have a good network of people to start you off on parties/fairs etc. Plus you get loads of free products which is the name of the game here! Although, if you're male you might not be interested of course!!!

  • Hi,
I am also looking to top up my income, I am already self employed and work from home, so need to find something home based to add to my income, even an extra £10 a day would help loads. I have even done a little scrap disposal just to make a few extra £. I can not really get another job as my self employment is already a 16 hour day. Also being male I don't think there are as many job opportunities for home workers, I maybe wrong, any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Justin
  • thanks girlie surfer i am female and might give that a go
