one month into BR

hi all I was declared bankruptcy on the 4th march had my phone interview with OR it lasted 30 mins or so. she said they no intention of seizing any goods to sell. no mention of any payments I needed to make. bank froze my acc but got it sorted and wages went in fine. my questions are
1. when will I find out if I have to make any payments and at what point can I safely presume no payments are required?
2. how often will I have any dealings with the OR? and what happens when she does?
at the moment I really cant believe how easy and simple it was and the relief of being able to reset my finances is amazing. she even told me to ring her if any of my creditors started to be funny, put the phone down on them after I told them my situation and even to bin any demanding letters
but like I say I am confused as to if/when I need to make any payments. no mention was ever made by the OR and was only advised to ring them if I got any pay rises in next 12 months

Do you have more than £20 disposable income per month ?

If not, you won’t get an IPA, or, if the OR didn’t mention an IPA, then you won’t get one.

That’s it now, 12 months time you should be discharged.

Hi glad the phone interview went well.
The examiner has up to your discharge date (1 year after B.R date) to set up an I.P.A, all you have to do at this time is to notify them of any changes i.e a pay rise....I even let them know the after tax allowance changed if I was a small amount better off, but Im sure many people do not.
Just get on with your life and leave them to it...just to remind you they cannot backdate an I.P.A so your surplus is yours to spend as you wish....fingers crossed you do not hear any thing!!
