PCN, addressee doesn't live here

Hello,
I received a PCN addressed to a name I'd never come across before, they may have lived here in the past but it would be over 5 years ago by now. On the same day as this PCN I received mail from an employer addressed to another strange name. Took me a moment to realise that the initials were the same and that the PCN was clearly addressed to this person's alias. The letter from the employer contained the real name which is so odd it was very easily googled and thanks to the employer's letter and my own digging I know this person's real name and address... At least if the government's own website with freely available info on company directors is accurate.
I did contact the PCN Admin Centre, issuer of this PCN and explained this person doesn't live here nor is the car concerned anywhere to be seen. They assured me that they would remove my address from their files and unofficially advised me to contact the DVLA, which I did and they too have removed my details from their records. This was a few weeks ago now.
However, I received just a few days ago another letter regarding the same PCN from ZZPS. This doesn't bother me whatsoever because I'm not the addressee nor do I even drive.
My question is, would I be able legally to ring ZZPS up and let them know the full situation including the actual name and address of the driver concerned as I've set it out here? I'm not sure considering I only know this person's details from other unrelated mail delivered here and one or two minutes of googling.

You can ignore anything from a debt collector and anything not addressed to you.
If you want to you could contact the person named on the PCN to warn them about it or even forward it with a covering note.
It's in the intended victim's best interest for them to visit this site and then decide what to do.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Google: one parking solution privacy
Email their data protection bod and tell them to update their address data, and to erase your address (attach proof you pay the Council tax there, etc). Tell them the person doesn't live there but seems easy enough to trace, and that this PCN is NOTHING to do with any current resident in the household.
If OPS refuse to erase your data, email and complain about them to the BPA:
steve.c@britishparking.co.uk
Steve Clark will investigate, if you are left with issues after trying to get your data erased by one of their members. But you must email OPS first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah I did consider that, it just felt a bit awkward since they've given my address instead of their own and also used a false name... Seem pretty intent on trying to hide themselves. I was just curious whether or not I'd be legally able to just tell ZZPS their actual details.0

if the vehicle is not registered at your address , then one parking are proving to be scammers by not accessing the DVLA database to get owners details0
