Hoseasons Competition Terms & Conditions

Prize Draw

The Promotion is a free to enter Prize Draw which will run for 7 days from 2nd April 2019. There will be one Winner and one Prize.
The Prize is a self-catering, accommodation only, off-peak short break of 3 or 4 nights (Winner’s option) at Shorefield Country Park in Hampshire, staying in a Signature Lodge 2, sleeping up to 4 people.
The Prize does not include travel, insurance, meals or any other expenses connected with the accommodation. The Prize is subject to the Promoter’s Booking Conditions at https://www.hoseasons.co.uk/assets/uk-lodges-and-parks-terms.pdf and can be booked by the Winner for stays taken in 2019 between 26th April – 2nd May, 10th – 23rd May, 31st May – 14th July, 6th September – 17th October, 1st November – 19th December 2019, subject to availability.
To enter the Prize Draw entrants must ‘like’ the Prize Draw post on the Hoseasons Facebook page and ‘like’ the Hoseasons Facebook page or ‘like’ the Prize Draw post on the Hoseasons Instagram page and ‘follow’ the Hoseasons Instagram page.
The Promoter (“We”/”our”) is Vacation Rentals (UK) Ltd, Spring Mill, Earby, Barnoldswick, Lancashire, BB94 0AA.
We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason. The alternative prize may not be in the same location.
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18 years. Entrants must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.
Only one entry per participant per platform will be accepted. If multiple entries are received from an entrant, all entries of such entrant will be considered void and will not be counted.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Employees of Vacation Rentals (UK) Ltd and its group of companies, including Hoseasons, their agents and families are not permitted to enter.
11. The Prize Draw opens on 2nd April 2019 at 10.00 and will run until 20:00 GMT on 9th April 2019 when it closes.
Entries must be received on the Hoseasons Facebook or Instagram page during the times and dates above. Any entries received before or after these times and dates will not be accepted and will be void.
The Prize Draw Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 10th April 2019 and will be notified within 24 hours by a private message to their Facebook or Instagram account. This may appear as a message request.
The Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within three days of notification that they have won. If the Winner fails to accept the Prize within this time, a re-draw will take place and a new Winner will be randomly selected and announced.
Any incomplete, offensive or illegible entries will be considered void and not counted. We reserve the right to withdraw, extend or amend the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
We will not be responsible for any entries that are not received, for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
The Prize Winner’s name will be available after the acceptance period has ended by emailing happytohelp@hoseasons.co.uk
Anyone found to have created multiple Facebook or Instagram accounts will be ineligible to enter the Prize Draw and/or their entries will be considered void and not counted
In addition to these terms and conditions, entrants must comply with the rules of Facebook or Instagram.
No brands have sponsored or donated the Prize and Facebook and Instagram are unconnected to this Promotion.
The Winner’s name and county will be posted on the Hoseasons Facebook or Instagram competition post after the Prize has been accepted.
By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant grants us the irrevocable, royalty-free and worldwide licence to use any relevant image(s) or text in perpetuity for advertising and promotional purposes. And by entering, the Winner consents to us using their name, likeness and county for such purposes.
The Prize Draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
Our decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
Entry to the Prize Draw confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
