You need to do some of the leg work yourself as nobody knows your circumstances. Start off by visiting some of the market comparison websites. This will give you a good idea of the lenders available and some of their products.
Also bear in mind, that even if a mortgage has a fee it can often be included in the term of your mortgage. Mortgages with a fee generally offer better rates so you'd need to see what works out more cost effective in the long term.
From personal experience, my partner and I are currently remortgaging with Barclays and the product we have opted for also includes £350 cashback as an incentive.0 -
