Hey All,
Have a Help to Buy 20% loan on our property and we're looking to remortgage and pay off the help to buy loan. I've had the RICS valuation today and should have the report in the week. I've just noticed on the target form they want information of the solicitor.
Would we be able to use the solicitor the mortgage company are providing or do we need a separate one?

If you are using a ‘free deal’ from the Lender the legal team can do the work but expect to pay something toward the additional work involved.I am a Mortgage Broker
