Semi commercial mortgages

Options
Has anyone got any advice on how to get a mortgage to buy a shop with a flat above? The shop isn't currently trading but we would reopen it and live in the flat upstairs. :j

Chances are you wont be getting normal rates. At a guess I would say closer to around 6-8%. The last time I did one of these the rates were around 8% but I think they may have come down since then.

You will also need a 25-30% deposit.
