My partner has received number of letters which were ignored partly because of her mental issues, partly because she did not recognise the name Arrow Global Limited.
I live together with my partner for almost 19 years. At the present my earnings are slightly bellow £20,000 a Year and she is making £3,400 a Year as a self employed Ebay trader, at the same time we are mature students.
She is on antidepressants for over 18 months, but first time she was offered this kind of medication was in 2003.
The paperwork sent by Arrow Global Limited and Bailiffs suggest that Court Case took place at the time we were living in Rochdale. We have moved out from Rochdale in October 2015 and until then no correspondence regarding the case was received.
My partner was not able to work full time due to some health issues culminating in serious operation in September 2013. Earlier on in June 2013 my earnings were lowered by £3000 PA due to restructuring in Guinness Partnership who was my employer for over 10 Years.
At that time we were unable to pay our debts already, and I decided to go for an IVA, but without including my partners debts since I was assuming they were not significant. In July 2015 I was dismissed from work and situation become rather dramatic and in October we moved back to London.
On Saturday 30/03/19 I have opened a letter addressed to my other half (she is away - with her mother at the moment) and for the first time it was with HM Courts and Tribunals Service logo.
It is a final notice asking her to pay £4,372.66 or otherwise the Warrant will be escalated to the County Court Bailiffs.
My partner has never entered into an agreement or contract with the Arrow Global Limited. It looks that they purchased old credit card debt and CCJ was awarded of which we were not aware..
The sum claimed is higher than all of our personal possessions, so even if we would allow bailiffs to enter our flat, that debt would persist.
I just wonder what are our options now.

Hello there,
I think the reason you arent getting responses is because you're in the diary section not the main debt free wannabe section. Thats not a criticism - i just dont want you to panic your situation cannot be solved.
My advice would be to repost on the other part of the forum and to maybe visit CAB. There is definitely a solution to this. I expect a debt solution. Could you talk to stepchange? XLoan 1 £5200/£8000
Loan 2 £300/£5800
Total £5500/£138000
