Don't know about location which is meant to be random, I think in part it is the time between clicks, possibly the longer between clicks the fewer clicks that are needed to find one - but I tend to think if you are getting the daily clicks then you will probably win if you are going to anyway without extensive searching - My biggest win, £5, came just from the daily clues.
