Hi Fay66,
it can seem like the whole world is closing in on you, you feel like your swimming in a strong current and its pulling you under.
I'd like to say it will get easier soon, but it probably won't, not just yet anyhow.
Try and take a day where you have nothing to do (i took a while off work) to get the forms fille din. They are time consuming but not really difficult.
Switch the phone off, change your number or just plain ignore the phone.
I'm afraid that they will continue and even get worse (i've heard people say they were getting upto 15 + calls a day, and they don't even stop on Sundays)
Use the fact the bank have frozen your card to start making a determined effort to budget, you'll be more prepared then after BR.
The car being re-possessed, well if that happens think how fit you'll be from walking!
If its all starting to really get you down, pay a visit to the doc. Mine was ace when i broke down to her about BR.
And you can always just come on here and moan/get advice.
Good luck.. It does get easier, just not for a little while yet.The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

Hi Fay,
I can definitely sympathise with you on the stressed out front. I haven't even looked at our forms properly (just a quick glance then popped them back in the envelope) and the calls and coming thick and fast here from various companies
BUT......... I see it as a necessary evil, we just need to 'ride it out' and see it as a means to an end. And the end will come soon, I promise. We just have to get through some difficult times ahead, but it will ALL be worth it in the end.
Chin up <<hugs>>

Hi fay,
Can you remember what you were worrying about a year ago? Or three years ago? Chances are you might remember some vague details, unless it was really significant.
In another year you'll have forgotten all about the forms; the property details; the fee; your debit cards and your car.
Your main priority I'd guess, is getting the forms completed and raising the money for your petition. Concentrate on those two and the others will take care of themselves.
Please don't think that you're the only one to have gone through this nightmare; you're not. For those of us that have, the best advice we can give is that the stress and worry pre bankruptcy are just not worth spoiling your quality of life.
Regards
