If it's 'best before' it'll be fine, if it's 'eat by' it might not be so fine.0

I think the oranges are poached in sugar syrup and are more or less candied - and they're pretty air-tight in the pudding - so I reckon it'd probably be ok. Having said that, I did try one a few years ago and thought it was pretty nasty when fresh so I'm not sure I'd bother with an out-of-date one0
