Unfortunately just bought ready chicken slices that go off on Tuesday when I was going to eat them Tuesday to Friday for lunch. Will they be ok to eat on Friday still?

What will the OP do for lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday though? ;)

As long as you put them in the fridge as soon as you got them home, I'd open them Tuesday morning (or Monday evening) and use them.
    I don't think they'll 'go off'.

I've eaten all sorts of things past their 'use by' date - including cooked cold meats - and am still here.

I very much doubt it will go off if refrigerated. If it’s slimy, smells horrid or goes green, don’t eat it. If it looks ok, smells ok and tastes ok, it’s ok.

Can't beat the good old '3 senses' test. :)

Make sandwiches with them and freeze them, taking one out each day
