ING (re?)mortgage bonus

Hi there
A few weeks ago I got a leaflet from ING promising a £500 bonus if I mortgaged/remortgaged (?) with them before the end of the year. I seem to have misplaced it and it apparently had a code that you have to quote when applying...
Would anybody have the code, please?

I got the same newsletter and the code was "NMI099".Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
Dont forget to get a quote from a mortgage broker as you may still be better changing your mortgage to another lender.0
