Firstly - apologies if this is in the wrong place - its a freebie which is paying me so i though it may be the best place...
I've been approached by someone "representing" WND-UK (Wireless network Developments UK) asking if im willing to put a mast on my property- in return they will pay me £420 per year for a three year period...
This is what i think the mast is for:

Anyone come across this before? If so, any experiences you can share?

Have you thought about the health problems which some claim such masts cause?0

There is no valid evidence that living near a mast gives health problems. Nothing's impossible but the science suggests it's not any kind of problem.

I believe its usually called a wayleave agreement - if you google that term, you should get lots of hits.
I can't comment on the level of payment but have seen some stories saying the prices paid for such things have generally gone down over the past few years leading to disappointed landlords/farmers who think they are being taken advantage of (though at one stage I think they were at unsustainabley high levels)0
