WND UK - £420 per year for having a mast on my house...

6 Posts

Firstly - apologies if this is in the wrong place - its a freebie which is paying me so i though it may be the best place...
I've been approached by someone "representing" WND-UK (Wireless network Developments UK) asking if im willing to put a mast on my property- in return they will pay me £420 per year for a three year period...
This is what i think the mast is for:

Anyone come across this before? If so, any experiences you can share?

nothing mentioned on site about being paid for it..
there is another forum re farmers land having masts put up and they are offered more and have solicitors drawing up the agreements.

tryin - this is the kind of information i am looking for - i cant find any information regarding this particular company or mast setup.
There is no valid evidence that living near a mast gives health problems. Nothing's impossible but the science suggests it's not any kind of problem.

I can't comment on the level of payment but have seen some stories saying the prices paid for such things have generally gone down over the past few years leading to disappointed landlords/farmers who think they are being taken advantage of (though at one stage I think they were at unsustainabley high levels)
