OK I feel I'm being attacked here so I'll won't ask for anymore advice. The person I am helping is having serious mental health issues due to various personal matters I'm not prepared to share the details on that.
I made a mistake joining this forum, never experienced so many unsupportive people in a forum before. Thanks very much to the kind folk that have gave constructive advice unfortunately those people seem to be in the minority.
You react like that when the posters are sat behind a PC.
If you don't like the replies that's fine, you will get a wide range of replies just like real life.
