    Is that definitely right? My understanding is one calendar month from the date of the request. Happy to corrected.

  • Your correct it is from the date of request, unless in this case they require further information like ID.

    I suppose that's where the disputes arise, and once you've complained the ICO and they've finally got round to writing a strongly worded letter to the employer telling them to provide the information it's all sorted!
